Watch: Boston Celtics starting point guard Derrick White checks in

Derrick White was on NBA Today with Malika Andrews on Tuesday and discussed his thoughts on the Celtics coming into the 2023-24 NBA season and his new role as the team's starting point guard. Of course they also discussed his ECF Game 6 buzzer beater and his new haircut.

White ended up winning NBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week honors when he stepped in as the team's starting point guard while Marcus Smart was out injured. Small sample size, but you can't ask for much more than that.
